would these be a good idea or a bad idea for holiday presents??   My MIL and G(grandmother)IL both have birthdays within a week of Christmas....GIL will be 90 this January and is completely blind and nearly deaf.  MIL is nearly 70  - neither of these women are going to be wearing their gloves while - say, shoveling snow....checking air pressure in the tires....

Just thinking of something special they could actually wear and USE!

Any ideas or experiences?

I've had cashmere lined gloves and they were amazingly luxurious and super warm

I figured you were making since you put it in yarn craft :-). I wanted to answer since no one had and since I have had liners. I would think they would be fine due to the age of the recipients. Neither will be shoveling snow; they just need to keep the warm, toasty and stylish

I'm only 39 and would LOVE cashmere gloves! I would also know better than to shovel snow in them. I say, YES!
