I want to do this too, and here are some of the places I've looked:
http://www.joyswaldorfdolls.com/
http://www.weirdolls.com/dollkit/kitwaldorf.html

I haven't actually ordered anything though. Maybe someone here has more experience with making these dolls.

If you want to get into doll making I really really recommend the book Kinder Dolls. It has real clear instructions and shows you how to make several different types of dolls- from knotty dolls to button jointed dolls. Patterns for clothing, wig making instructions, it's got it all.
I get my supplies from a local waldorf supplier- but joy's waldorf dolls has everything you'd need!
good luck!

I got a kit from Joy's Waldorf dolls and it was a great kit. I called in my order and I got to talk to Joy herself. Great customer service!

The Kinderdolls book is awesome! I never really sewed before making my dolls and the book wasn't too hard to follow. It would have been better if there were actual pictures of the dolls rather than just drawings.

If you are only planning on making one doll, I would definitely get a kit instead of the kinderdolls book. Joy's kits look awesome. I ordered all my supplies from there and the customer service was wonderful.

Good luck! It is so rewarding to see your child love on something that you made for them.
