Please link me to any good free patterns you've found for baby clothes online.

I am specifically looking for basics like shirts, gowns, footed pants, that sort of thing. I just can't even spend a couple of dollars for a pattern right now, but I have fabric and want to sew!

TIA!

I don't know of any free patterns on line, but what about taking some clothes that you already have and tracing the pieces to make a pattern? This works especailly well with pants/shorts, but I'm sure it would work with gowns too (but the sleeves would be a little tricky). I've done that many times with clothing that fits well. HTH

I checked some books out of the library. They had patterns, too!
