I am making an LTK raglan in the round with some lovely Patagonia handspun cotton, but there is just this one problem see... I don't really like knitting with cotton: I don't know which is crankier right now:LOL Me or the cotton.... But boy it sure is pretty!!!! Oh how I miss my merino....

Ok, just had to shareFeels good to get it out. Anyone else here really not like cotton?

Due with number 5 in August. We do all that crunchy stuff.

I only knitted with cotton once, for my first pair of LTK Longies. It was Nature's Cotton and it is NICE! But i can certainly tell the difference

I hate cotton. I made a beautiful aran sweater out of naturally colored cotton, but it's so heavy I can't wear it. It's pretty to look at though...

I never knit with cotton unless there is a good reason.

how well does cotton work for longies in terms of absorbsion, etc?

Mooooom! to  guitar.gifDS (1/05) and whistling.gifDSS (11/05).  TTC fingersx.gifour "ours" after VR on 10/12.

For some reason, I don't mind crocheting with cotton, but don't like knitting with it....
