I'm trying to make my 3 yo a Batman hood/mask for Halloween, but am finding it a challenge. I'm trying to adapt this pattern: http://www.fabriclink.com/presentati...lcro/Hood.html, but the mask connected part is tricky (especially since he is not happy trying on my failures . Any links or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Could you make the mask separate? Like the black band over his eyes that tye up in back? That way if he's hating it, he has a choice to wear it, but his hood still looks like batman with the ears?
