I know I have seen that people make some sort of gooey stuff for kids to play with but of coarse I can't remember where.Does anyone know what I'm talking about?Is it safe?Do you have a recipe or any idea how I can get one?

Like playdough, you mean?

Flour & water? If you search online for homemade playdough, there's a bunch of different recipes. Rubbery, using spices to color, etc.

Thanks for the reply but I meant something a little more slippery and gross if that makes sense?

When I was a kid my mom made something called goop that we squirted out of condiment bottles to make into pictures that would then dry with a sort of 3D effect.

I think it might be something like the recipe called "Drizzle Goop" here:

Two basics come to mind:

Cornstarch, mixed with just enough water to become a really cool solid/liquid.

A bit of liquid starch mixed with lots of white glue makes a fabulous, slimy goop.

We make something called "Space Mud"... its white glue, water , 20 Mule Borax & food coloring... perhaps that's what you are thinking of? Its really slimy....
