I'm making a dress for DD for Easter and will need a pretty bib to go with it. The dress has garter stitch on the bottom edge, neck and arms so I want something to match. The dress will have little crocheted flowers on it so I'll put a couple on the bib as well to match. Also looking for a headband pattern to match, but I figure I can probably just wing that

Mason Dixon has a super simple, garter stitch bib that you could make up in an evening. It's a longer bib, so you might choose to make it a bit shorter to show off the pretty dress. Very cute, and you could easily embellish it with flowers and cute buttons.

There's something like the petal bib on either knitty or magknits, i think...

One Skein book also has a nice petal bib pattern - knits up really quickly!

does anyone know of any free bib patterns? i'm needing to adjust the size for a toddler, but i am definitely needing a bib - drool big time! thanks!
