Do you have a theme in mind?

Tissue paper flowers. Big ones.

A string of beer cans attached to the back? Kidding.

I did ours for the 4th of July parade last year with tons of balloons, construction-paper garlands, and crepe paper. The theme was something related to patriotism, so I made big signs saying Peace is Patriotic. I gave the kids pinwheels. It looked good, but used way too much disposable stuff. I'd love to hear suggestions for a more green way to decorate.
