I quit hormonal birth control several months ago, and since then, my cycles have been really wonky- first one lasted 26 days, the next 41 days, and this last one lasted 64 days.

This, of course, has been somewhat nerve racking- I began to worry that I was pregnant with both cycles, even though partner and I have been being very careful. I've also had (with this last cycle) a terrible headache and really tender breasts, when I usually have quite pain-free cycles.

Does anyone know a way to help my body return to normal cycles? Any way I can support it- maybe drinking raspberry leaf tea?
