My fiance' and I are getting married in 3 months. We plan on trying to start having a baby right away after our wedding. I have two months left of the Pill, and then I will be done with it. My question is what types of vitamins should I start taking, and when?
Also we talked about it and planned to not worry about when I am ovulating because I have really irregular periods when I am not on BC. Just the "let it happen" at least for a while.
So should I start taking a vitamin now? or wait?

You should start now, both for yourself and your dp. It takes 3 monthes for sperm to be produced, so he should be taking a good multi w/ lots of zinc for good quality sperm. For your self, make sure to be getting your folic acid (it's a b vit) and omega 3's, a good multi, vitex is a wonderful herb for regulating your hormones, and hence, your cycle. Try getting your vitamins from a health food store, they will be more expensive, but will be much better quality. It's great that you are thinking ahead (I wish I had been smart enough to do that when I was young)! GL!

Thank you. That is what one of my friends said too.
