I have been TTC on and off for about a year. Im starting to suspect that I may have low progesterone. I have been doing research and have found that B6 and/or Chastberry may help to correct this. I have been taking prenatal vitamins in preparation so my question is do I take both/one in addition to my prenatal? I dont want to overdo it?

Im clueless so any help/experiences would be appreciated.

TIA!

I had a very short LP (ovulated on CD 22 then had a 6 day LP) and I took a supplement called Femaprin; it has both B6 and Vitex (chasteberry.) When I took it my ovulation date moved up to cd 15/16 so my LP was 12-13 days, instead of 6. I took it in addition to my regular multi-vitamin.

So, don't know if that helps, but that's my experience :)
