I have been on the pill for about 5 years now (started right after I had my daughter).  Last month I was on vacation the week I would have been on my period so I sped up my pills in order to skip my period.  I had unprotected sex and didn't realize until it was too late that I had missed a pill.  Well since then I've been nauseated and really sluggish and to top it off, I've been spotting for the past 2 weeks, but still no period.  I'm terrified to take a pregnancy test for fear it may be positive.  Is it possible for me to be pregnant?
