Lately, I have been more and more determined to have a baby, which has caused some stress. I have tried meditation and relaxation once a day for an hour to calm my mind and stuff, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I have waited for so long to have a baby, but I am worried that this stress of trying to hard to conceive is affecting my hormones?
How do you all keep your cool when trying to have a baby? Does other relaxation techniques like yoga or massage, help?
This is a good question. I do meditation, yoga, acupuncture, pedicures and anything else that works. You might want to check out the Sane TWW thread in Trying to Conceive. It is a big discussion on how to maintain your sanity and remain zen while TTC. Good luck!
