I hope this is the right place for my question....

I recently started cycling again after baby #3. (Sigh... She was only 10 months... and I'm tandeming. I was tandeming after baby #2, and he was 15 months before AF returned....) I am hoping to start keeping track somewhat of my cycles -- both mucous/other physical changes and emotion/thoughts/feelings. I know there are menstrual/moon journals out there, I have stumbled across them online before, but now it seems my googling is unfruitful. Anyone have a recommendation for me?

I'm sorry, I don't know of any (well, fertility friend, but it's probably not what you're looking for, since it's more temperature oriented. But it does have spaces for the other things...)

BUT, I think you could very easily make up a very nice moon journal yourself. Either by buying a daytimer and just marking in everything in a row, or by doing it up all fancy on the computer...

Good luck!

Yes, that's probably what I will do, just buy a nice journal. Thanks!
