Are there pediatricians in the Huntsville, Athens, or Madison Alabama area that are okay with you not vaccinating?

I'm not sure as I don't live up there.

Have you checked out Alabama-moms.com
There are some huntsville area moms there and they are a good group of ladies.

Did you ever end up finding anyone? I am searching now in the area as well. Thanks!

You'll get better luck in the "Tribal Area" here on MDC for local responses. I'll move this thread there. smile.gif

My kids see Dr. Thotakura, who has offices in Huntsville and Madison. I can't say he would be okay with non vaxing, but he didn't even hesitate when I brought up our delayed/alternative schedule. He is also very supportive of extended bfing...

We just moved to AL ourselves, and have been pleased with him so far. Good luck!

loving mr bub, our baby boy bub (1/2010) and excitedly expecting (6/2011)!!
