Is there anyone out there? We moved here in October and it seems like I am the only one. I would love to find some other crunchy Mommas to email with and learn more about the area. I am having a heck of a time finding natural food resources, etc. We are also unschoolers and would love to meet others. My kids are almost 8, 11, 15, and almost 13. Give me a shout out if you are here!

I'm in Pell City, about 20 minutes east of Oxford, but we are moving south to Prattville in less than a month. Its hard, in this area, to find any like minded mamas and natural resources. I, honestly, drive to ********** for just about everything that I feel is crucial and I can't order online. I'm so sorry if that is a downer - but I figured I'd pop in and say hello and welcome to the area. I'm sorry not to be the bearer of better news. I don't know the Jacksonville or Gadsden area at all, so maybe someone from there will have good info that is hopeful.

Yeah, it looks like the crunchy types are all in the big city areas like Bham and Hunstville. I drove out to Bham this week to explore the produce market and whole foods.

I still would love to find some Mommas in the area! I am bored!!!!

I can't help you either, but I wanted to say hi. There are some crunchy people in auburn, but that is still pretty far from you.

Mom to DS 12/07 and DD 11/13, plus a bunch of chickens, dogs, and cats.

Moving past many years of infertility and always thinking of my friends in the infertility forums.
