I'm looking for information on the local birthing community, LLL groups, doulas.
How long did you live there? Did you have kids in school there?

Any help would be great

Jes

Sabrina Bullock, CPM lives in Oxford, I think, and Terri Wooten CNM had a practice there, in Oxford. I am not sure if that area has any crunch at all, maybe a little oatmeal. Wet. I used to live in Clarksville and had a hb(UC) in 1989. They thought I was nuts. Go figure... But there IS a mw in Milton, near Danville. I think she has done births over that way...

I do! I live near Warrenton, about 20 min from Henderson. I had to go all the way to Chapel Hill to give birth at the birth center. I always travel to Wake Forest, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, etc...basically anywhere BUT the town I live. It seems there are more "crunchy" people in the cities, not in the little country towns. If you need anything, I'd be happy to help!
