My daughter is now three years old and we are expecting a new addition in October. Having recently relocated to Raleigh, I'd love to find a new pediatrician. We had been seeing Hope Seidel at Cary Pediatrics (who is lovely). However, I've not been pleased with most of the other doctors in that particular practice, plus I hate to haul kids all the way to Cary for appointments. Any recommendations? If I could, I'd love to find someone with hospital privileges at UNC (although that's not absolutely necessary), preferably someone with lactation support in the practice (or at least knowledge about lactation and breastfeeding and so on), who's comfortable with on-demand feeding, co-sleeping, et cetera.
