Hi, I need to switch peds for my 14-mo-old (and line up for #2 due at the end of Feb.) who is not vaccinated at all. We are debating vax at a later date, but could very likely choose to not vax at all and we need a ped who will actually support (preferably not just *tolerate*) that. I live in DC and would l-o-v-e to find somebody close! Does anybody know of a good pediatrician in the area? Thanks!!

We see Dr. Matt Irwin in Alexandria, and he's wonderful. He's a sole practitioner and doesn't take insurance, but totally worth it to us. He'll even do a home visit if you live nearby! You can reach him at drmattirwin@yahoo.com.

Is Dr. Irwin a holistic doctor? I believe I've heard of him, just can't remember where....

 

OP: I've heard great things about Dr. Kim, with Health Builders PC in Annandale. If we can't find anyone we like better we are going to start going there soon! Here is their website:
