My daughter has an appointment in Indianapolis and we've decided to spend the night and go to the children's museum.

Any hotel recommendations?  We'd like a pool and the hotel needs to be really clean (hotels sort of gross me outredface.gif).

TIA

ETA:  I found the Crown Downtown Union Station online.  Is that walking distance to the museum?

There aren't really any hotels within walking distance of the museum. How much are you wanting to spend on a room?

Under $200 (under $150 is even bettersmile.gif).

I wasn't sure how much hotels are in Indy - haven't been there for many years.

We used to live in Indy and when we go back to visit friends (I also had surgery at IU downtown), we always stay at the Courtyard Marriott on the Canal.  My son LOVES to go feed the ducks after the free continental breakfast (we take a few pieces of bread for the ducks).  They just redid the pool and hot tub.  And you can rent paddle boats on the canal which are fun.  You wouldn't want to stay anywhere near the children's museum - it is not a safe part of town.

Thank you for the replies.  Unfortunately, there were conventions in Indy this weekend and every hotel was full.
