My oldest is 4 and so I've been looking at enrollment forms for school and I noticed on the Immunization Exemption form for the box Religious/Philosophical Objection it says I have to explain. I was under the impression they weren't allowed to ask my religion. So what do you put there and have you had any issues with public schools accepting it? Thanks
I just moved here from Oregon. I just checked the box and didn't explain anything for my three kids, and it was totally fine. I was planning to write personal/religious reasons on the line, if someone asked, but they didn't at all. I was totally ready for battle, but there was none.
All I ever put was personal or philosophical reasons. Check outhttp://ohiovaxinfo.jessicas-haven.com/exemptions/index.html
Ask me about my VBA2C and UBA2C after an Inverted T.
