Help!

I don't know where to look. If I should post this somewhere else... somebody help me out. ;)

We are expecting our first at the end of May. I haven't found a pediatrician and barely know where to start.

I am not ultra-crunchy, but I definitely fall in the crunchy category and this is not a natural-friendly area.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to find one (I mean... besides word-of-mouth)? Do you know of a more natural-friendly pediatrician in the area?

Also, our baby's medical coverage will be Caresource if anyone has any specific suggestions. ;)

I'm not sure how "crunchy" you are and idk how far you wanted to go but my ped in Ashland is pretty good. She doesn't ask about my parenting, like co-sleeping and all that and she is for waiting as long as possible to start solids. I vaccinate so I'm not too sure how they are with that. We go to Ashland Pediatric Consultants.

After I pressed submit I realized they have an office in Mansfield too! Also, there are like 4 or 5 doctors in the practice to choose from so I'd maybe call and set up and interview. Good luck! Oh and we have CareSource too so they definitely take it!

Thank you so much for replying! And that's fantastic that they take CareSource.

We will probably only selectively (and delayed) vaccinate, but hopefully they don't look at me like I have three heads. :)

At least I have somewhere to start! Thank you, thank you.
