My name is Coreene & I teach EcoTrek Outdoor Fitness sessions in the Grand Traverse Area.
With the kiddies going back to school, I'm adding some 9:30am sessions to my schedule to get Mom's & Dad's out there once the kids are on the bus!
EcoTrek sessions are outdoor group fitness sessions. We go in all kinds of weather & on a different outdoor trail every time! The sessions integrate strength training, cardio & flexibility all in one 75-minute workout. And best of all, it's not a boot camp! We encourage every trekkers to go at their own pace & I customize every session to the trekkers who attend. There’s really nothing better than using your outdoor environment as your GYM while exploring the parks and trails near where you live.
