This thread got me thinking, "Does Walmart actually sell organic baby products?" And the answer is yes.
My girls use the walmart organic baby wipes - they dont stink and are super soft.
In times like this - you have to do what you can do to make it. 30.00 on super cute organic baby clothes or a big box store:
8.96 carters sleeper
2.96 pack of wipes
.99 jar of pasta sauce
2.94 1lb of hamburger
.86 cent box of spaghetti
3.99 yo baby yogurt
.99 sweet potato for baby
1.96 box of oat cheerios cereal
2.96 gallon of milk
It is really a place of survival. I wish the small business's luck, patience, and a swift turn around. 2 years ago I was able to shop and buy an occasional piece of zutano or nice pedi ped's. Now- I have to feed us, keep our childcare in place and have money for prescription co-pays.
I think it is totally awesome that green products are becoming more normal. Lets hope baby wearing, co-sleeping, breastfeeding etc - become the norm instead of taboo.
