for arlington, va - is this the better tribal area or the VA one?

we just found out that we may be moving to the arlington area very soon (in 2 weeks) and i know NOTHING.

my DS is 2. he currently is w/ a sitter about 12 hrs/week, and we do childcare swapping w/ another family 2 mornings/week. it breaks my heart to think of him having to relocate and get used to a new childcare situation. and i have no idea where to start looking.

we have to decide by monday. if it's a yes, i'll be posting a LOT of questions about the DC area!!! actually, do you think we should move there??
