I'm the Maryland based activist who has helped numerous families in our state when they experienced difficulty obtaining a birth certificate for their newborn after having a homebirth in Maryland. I've been working on this issue since the state issued new documentation requirements in the fall of 2010.
I'm looking to find families from Wicomico County who have experienced difficulty obtaining a birth certificate in that county. Please email me privately at womancaredoula at comcast dot net if this applies to you. Thanks.
