Does anyone have a recommendation for a dentist specializing in younger children?

My dd had a check up and the dentist said she had 3 cavitites!! The dentist whom she had her check up with does not fix cavities.

I'm certainly not a dentist, but it looks like the teeth in question haven't fully formed. I've heard that this can happen with molars? And that sealing the teeth could possibly be an option?

Anyway, I'm looking for a dentist who is great with younger children, as my dd freaks out with dentists.

Thanks!

If you live near Baltimore I highly recommend the Ginsberg group (we see Schroff DDS). Their # is 410-788-4555.
