I could really use someone to talk to. My husband and I saw a therapist a couple of years ago, but I had a hard time connecting with her so I don't really want to call her again. A therapist who counsels both individuals and couples would be great. Money is tight, so if you know someone who has a sliding scale - even better!

Thank you in advance!

Have you checked with the Penn Council for Relationships? They have satellite offices and use a sliding scale.

A friend recommended someone in Souderton. I don't know if she has a sliding scale or not. If Souderton is a reasonable distance from you, PM me & I'll give you her name & number.

Best wishes,
Sus

We've seen Tracey Dugan. I knew her through LLL. She was excellent.

Joanne Fleisher is in Philly. She's an imago therapist (which you can find at imago.com - great style of couples therapy). She uses a sliding scale, and is very warm and personable. She's also very openminded, and is not going to have an issue with attachment parenting or otherwise-alternative families.
