Does anyone have any suggestions for a homebirth midwife in the Oneonta or Binghamton areas? I'm about 20 min. from Oneonta, 45 from Binghamton, 45 from Cooperstown.

It will be my second child and although Bassett was great with my first there are just things about a homebirth that appeal to me that a hospital setting just can't provide, no matter how great they are.

Hello, I know I'm responding to a 3-year-old post, but I was wondering if you could pass along to me any info you have about midwives in the Oneonta area.  I just moved here and am looking for someone to attend the home birth of my first child.  Thanks!
