For a mw you should definitely contact Jen McFarland. She is my mw (I am 37wks) and I think you would find her to be a great fit for you

Sorry I have no other recs for you, I am up in Scranton and when I lived down in the Valley I didn't have any children so those things were not on my radar screen

Good luck to you--a 4 month old and you're looking for a midwife already!

I second Jen McFarland!

Can't help with #2 as I'm looking for that myself.

This is my first so I'm not sure about #3 either. I plan on taking mine to the parks. Have you checked out the Lehigh Parkway? It's gorgeous. http://www.allentownpa.gov/Portals/0...LehighPkwy.pdf

BTW, welcome to the area!

Hello and welcome to the area!

Laurice and her associates were my midwives for both of my births. I liked Laurice a lot.

Dunno about the ped... sorry

Did you check out the LV LLL? They have a website with the updated info for contacts (I am pretty sure my info is all way outdated!), and when I was a member we did tons of fun stuff with the playgroup.
