I've heard Syracuse has a great co-op. I've never been though.

Enjoying the journey into natural family living with my two sons and husband.

nope, there was talk a few years ago about one coming here but no luck!

There is Natur-Tyme on Bridge St in East Syracuse and the co-op on Kensington Ave in Syracuse. They are both small (co-op smaller) but have quite a bit. (Natur-tyme has no fresh produce). Wegmans in Dewitt has the best selection of all the Wegmans in the area with lots of organic produce and a large Natural food section.

The regional farmers market in Syracuse on Saturday morning is also great!
