Hi NYC moms!

Having no family or friends (with age appropriate children) in NYC, I am looking to donate some almost new/gently used toys. Most of the toys are Melissa & Doug puzzles (wood) and some other toys appropriate for the 1 to 2 year age group. Any suggestions? I live in Brooklyn but can drop off toys in Manhattan if necessary.

Thanks!

Brooklyn Hospital takes toy donations for sick kids (mostly in oncology I believe). They can't take stuffed or plush things but puzzles, movies, other toys, etc they will take for sure.

having grown up as a cops kid, i know how hard it is for big tough cops to help a little child.
consider donating to your local Police department.

see this ehow for other ideas:

thanks for passing on your toys to wherever they go!
