We really love Deborah Ginsberg (she is a family doctor). She is very pro- extended breast feeding, baby-wearing, waldorf education, co-sleeping, etc. Sometimes it is tough to get onto her patient list, but worth inquiring about for sure. Her office is in Lawrenceville on Quakerbridge Rd. She is in the phone book.

When we were still living in NJ my daughter went for her initial well baby visits at Dr. Suzuki's practice in Pennington - he also has an office in Plainsboro. I LOVED HIM! He was very pro-breastfeeding and his opinions on the amount of vaccinations that children are supposed to get was right on par with mine (tooooo many tooooo soon). Very easy to talk to, soft spoken and interacted well with my baby. Here is his website: www.wellnesswebmd.com. He is also the founder of MD Home Visit, where the doctor comes to your home instead of you having to travel to the office. About a month ago I received a bill for services rendered back in 2009 that were already paid for (we did not have insurance at the time and he even gave me a huge break on his fees) at the time of visit (an error made by their billing company) and I called and left a message regarding the issue and Dr. Suzuki called me back personally then very next morning to let me know that he was taking care of the mistake himself and wanted to wish me a happy holiday - not something that you would get from just any doctor!
