My son was born 1-21-11 and I've been pumping around the clock and realized this morning that it's likely dying. I wondered why my output dropped to nothing. I should be getting a new (hospital grade) pump tomorrow but it'll take time to pump enough for him.
He had a tongue tie that was clipped Thursday and he's still not nursing well. He still isn't back at birth weight and I'm finger feeding him after he nurses so he gets enough calories. I'd like to avoid formula as much as possible and I am working with a IBCLC as well.
Does anyone know where I could get some donor milk for him? I've posted to EOF as well.
I found donor milk in this area a couple years ago through milkshare. http://milkshare.birthingforlife.com/

Check out your local chapter of Eats on Feets on Facebook. I haven't given birth yet, but I have already connected with a mom of an adoptive baby born a few weeks ago to share mlk with. Eats of Feets is a great resource. The PA chapter is very active.
