I am looking for a new Pediatrician with a more holistic approach. Any recommendations in Northern NJ or Oragne County NY area? Thanks for your help.

Bumping up your post. Anyone know any good pediatricians in the area?

My lo is 12 weeks and we have been seeing dr kaberwal at vernon pediatrics. I wouldnt say she is holistic, but she is a young dr, very attentive, spends alot of time with us and is good with our baby. So far im pleased. We r delaying some vaccines and she has been ok with that...just gives the usual speech about risks etc, but not pushy at all.

I live in the area and currently use Dr. Chi in Hackettstown. When when we moved here, people suggested him as someone who would not bother us about not vaxing. He doesn't, but he's not alternative otherwise. We've never seen him for a sick visit (generally treat with chiropractic, essential oils, homeopathy, supplements, etc) but wanted to know we had someone in case we needed someone. I'd love to find someone closer and more holistic.

For myself, I've started seeing Elaine Hardy in Hackettstown, a holistic nurse practitioner who is fantastic. She is out of network for insurance otherwise the whole family would see her!

Mama to two boys (1/07 and 3/09) and due with baby #3 in May.

I live in Vernon , as well and am now looking for a no-vas friendly Ped or chiropractor. Our Ped fired us today for being non-compliant 😢

I ended up going to Dr. Schlacter in Essex Fells. It was about an hour drive but worth it. He recommened no additioanal vaccines which was what I was looking for. He helped me to feel good about that decison and listened to all my questions/concerns. He made my daughter feel very comfortable. So much she didn't want to leave the office. I would definitely recommend him.
