Not for me, but a friend of mine is due to give birth in March with the midwives at Mt. Auburn. She has heard people like me how great doulas and would like to see about getting one, but she is poor. I said there could be a possibility of doulas looking to get certified, and so thought she could go that route as I did.

I think there's a listserv, but how do I go about asking around (other than here)?

Come ponder with me about food!
