Our family is going to the Boston Science Museum for my son's 10th b-day. Can anyone suggest other fun things to do in the area. Also, any good vegetarian restaurants near by? Thanks!

It is well positioned in between Cambridge and downtown.

If you are not vegan, the BEST pizza in the area is at Emma's. Super thin crust, really upscale ingredients.

I used to work at Christopher's in Porter Square, Cambridge, and they have lots of vegetarian options (plus free range meats, etc.).

I've also been told of another veggie restaurant in Cambridge called Red LEntil.
actually, looks like it's in Watertown, right near Cambridge.

have fun!

Duck tours leave from the Boston Science Museum if that interests you. Or you can hop on the green line subway and go to Park Street where Boston Common and the Public Gardens (swan boats) are. Then you could walk to all the historical sights in Boston.

Have fun!

The aquarium, while a bit expensive, is also a good time
