Once again, our babysitter has found her dream job (or at least her dream job is keeping her very busy) and we are in the market for another sitter.  This makes 3 in less than 2 years!

I have two daughters 3 & 10 months, I need someone for a full day or two half days a week, every week.  Does anyone know anyone?  My oldest is very shy and cautious and may benefit from being outside of our home, but all of the pre-schools that we like are on a yearly schedule and wouldn't take our youngest - who is already walking!  I would be willing to bring her to a small in-home style daycare as long as our philosophies work well and it is a gentle environment.

I would so appreciate any leads or recommendations!  We found our awesome babysitter (who is sadly too busy for us) through a friend on mothering and she has been absolutely wonderful.

Thank you!!!
