lately i've been having various health issues, physical and emotional, which take a huge dent in my ability to be a functional SAHM, and because of this we really need extra help at home for 10-15 hours a week.

basically, i'd like help with some to all of the following: helping me care for one or both children; childcare during my appointments or really bad days; light housework (e.g. decluttering, dishes, laundry); light snack/meal prep; help with organization around the house... and i think that about covers it. i'd prefer someone familiar with, but at least not averse to, cloth diapering and babywearing and gentle discipline and such.

i'll look into posting on craigslist and, but if anyone has any other ideas on how to find this kinda help, please share! i was thinking it might be a good opportunity for a stay-at-home parent looking to earn some extra cash without putting their child in daycare, but i'm not quite sure where to post to reach my target audience.

and! if anyone reading is interested in helping us out, PM me! thumb.gif we're located in westford, close to the north acton line.

I think you should look into parents groups, homeschooling group, etc (other crunchy groups) you can ask a doula/midwife for resources such as Holistic moms network, find a family wellness center, AP playgroups, etc etc.

there is bound to be an AP mama or teen looking for work... you could find a teen who was raised AP or even homeschooled.

good luck!
