Hello :) ds and I are about to officially embark on a homeschooling journey. Wondering if anyone has had any experience homeschooling in Cumberland RI. Any difficulties dealing with the school district? Was your letter of intent accepted w/o any problems? Did the school district request anything beyond attendance records, such as specific curriculum info?

Any thoughts or stories would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't have any advice for you. Just wanted to say good luck. Hopefully we will be following the same course in a few years.

Hi there, at the Cumberland Library, there is a homeschool group that meets in the children's room with the librarian Debra Cohen on some Tuesday nights.

It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but you maybe could go and pick their brains! Also there is a pretty big homeschooling community in North Attleboro. Maybe if you do a search you can find something. Hope that helps! Good luck
