I'm considering delivering at St. Vincent in Worcester. I read past reviews about the midwives only catching during business hours, but on their website said they now provide 24/7 care. I am considering also hiring a doula, and laboring for as long as possible at home. If you have delivered at St. Vincent, can you share your experience? I'm also wondering what their labor and delivery rooms are like (do they have a regular sized tub or a birthing tub, do they allow you to stay in tub for delivery or just labor). I very much appreciate any information you can provide.
