Hi-

I am looking for a doctor / pedatrician or family practice that will accept families who do not vaccinate in Berkshire County, Massachusetts.  Does anyone have one they would be willing to suggest?  Private message would be fine.  Thanks so much!

Hi Mama,

Not in Berkshire county, but Northampton Area Pediatrics aren't too bad about vaccines.  They usually do bring it up again each visit, and some of the pediatricians are less pushy than others, but there is no force to the issue.  I moved a few years ago and interviewed a pediatrician in Holyoke, where I was told "we don't maintain patients that do not vaccinate" and promptly showed the door.  Mmm, k.  Pain in the rear to get to Noho for three children to see the doctor, but worth it.

I've heard good things about Dr Dallenbach in Pittsfield, I have recommended him to a few of my clients. His wife is a lactation consultant that you can have access to if you go to that practice.

I do delayed/select vax wth my little guy and have been fine at MACONY in Great Barrington. They ask, but are supportive of my decisions. I'm not sure on no vax, but it might be worth a shot.
