I own a small in-home childcare. My amazing asst. is pregnant and due in oct. I am looking for coverage beginning in July ( very PT) and going FT when she has the baby and for her leave. There is a strong possibility of a job share (20 hrs. a week) when she gets back. There is room for your child, I strongly support parents keeping their children with them as much as they can.
