I'm not sure what your looking for specifically but we tried a few infant chiropractors around Portland and the best luck we had was with a Natural Osteopath.  She got rid of our daughter reflux in a few visits and does wonders with ears too.  She does adjustments but they are slightly different from traditional chiropractic work.  You would need a referral to see her, but Anthem covers her.
