i live in the middle of no where!
the biggesdt "city" in the county has a population of 634! not thousands, but 634 people
i really want a homebirth, and my dp was born right where we are living.
Springfield is the closest city, and it is 2 hours away. I am in ozark county.
how should i go about looking for a midwife?
also: i live in an intentional community. It would be no problem at all for a midwife to come and stay here for a few weeks, or even months. We have community meals, community housing, organic farm and ranch,
It seems like midwives tend to be crunchy, and experiencing life on a hippie commune might be a draw for someone, but i just don't know how to go about looking,
thanks for any help
Judith is fabulous! ttp://gentlebeginningsmidwifery.com/experience.html
My family: me , dh , ds (11), dd1 (9), and dd2 (3).
Tout va s'arranger à la fin. Si elle ne fonctionne pas; ce n'est pas la fin.
