we have insurance through fairview, so preventative care well-baby check ups are covered 100%. we can also go to some healtheast clinics. the problem is that i have NO idea of any docs who would be hb friendly. we live about 30 minutes ne of the metro. TIA for any suggestions!
the family dr we've been seeing seemed at least not resistant to our choices to selectively vacc, no routine us... but at dd's last check up (she's 4 1/2), dr brought up "stranger danger" and then berated us for selective vacc. we did not ask her to be back up for our hb, and didn't even mention it. (i have since printed out the stats for her on how many children are reported to the cdc vaccine injury per year vs. the number of stranger abductions per year to give her)
