Hi there, we recently moved to Tucson (about 2 months ago) and I'm looking for a selective/delayed friendly ped and a HB midwife.

Thanks so much!!

Welcome!

If you do a search in the Utah/Arizona tribe, you'll find a few threads about midwives and peds.

Our ped is Dr. Moussa at Catalina Pediatrics. She has been open to our delayed vax schedule and is supportive of extended breastfeeding.

Midwife wise, I am using Amy Zenizo, but there are a few choices in town. I'll look for the threads with that info. if you'd like Amy's contact info, let me know!

And check out the Tucson Playgroup thread if you want to get together sometime!

We see Janel Lloyd, also at Catalina pediatrics. She only works a couple days a week, so for same day visits you might not get her.

Created an instant family (7/89 and 5/91) in 1997. Made a baby boy 12/05 adopted a baby girl 8/08. Ask me about tandem adoptive nursing. Now living as gluten, dairy, cane sugar, and tomato free vegetarians. Homeschooling and loving it.
