I would GREATLY appreciate a PM from any AZ mommas that are choosing to delay or not vax at all.

My son will be 3 next month and although he had all his 'required' vaccinations until he was around a year old, we have chosen to not have have him receive anymore for various reasons. My husband is supportive, but lately we've been feeling like we should round up our ammo with Arizona law information and what not, just to be on the safe side. I'm feeling compeletely overwhelmed and would love some support from a local mom who has chosen to delay vacciantions, for forgoe them all together.

I am hopefull that someone out there can walk us through this

Ma (26) to a happy boy 04.07 and due with another 01.11 ~ finally marrying my HS sweetie 02.12!

Can you tell us what you're overwhelmed about and what sort of ammo you feel like you need to gather?

In Arizona, we have a philosophical exemption. My kids are in school and all I had to do was fill out a form saying we weren't vaxing for philosophical reasons. No further info needed. No one has ever questioned it.

My son was current but we opted out of 'chicken pox' around age 5 and never got on schedule with anything else from there. We HS so records really aren't an issue for school.

Moms on here really like Dr. Argawl (sp) around loop 101 and Tatum and Im thinking of changing DS to his office. We are currently with a Cigna Dr who is fine but his staff is just about getting the vax records and stuff.

PM'd you. My kids see Dr. Agarwal and Ms. Diane at Desert Ridge Children's Center. I am happy with the office, especially the non hassle about non vaxing!

Don't worry...as a pp said, we have a philosophical exemption. It's not illegal to not vax. You can PM me if you want more details.
