Just wondering if there are any moms here near Happy Valley in North Phoenix. I just moved to the area. I have a 4 year old and a one year old. I would love to meet some new people...

If you're interested, there is a church that meets at Sandra Day O'Conner High School that has a lot of young couples with little ones. The moms also get together once a month but that would give you an opportunity to connect. Here's the link http://www.dbcc.com/. I also know lots of young families in Anthem...I am sending you a PM.

I have a 10 yr old... There is a phoenix library branch near Pinnacle Peak and 35th ave.  There is also a community center near there with a huge park.  The CC has some preschool type classes.  There is a water park on Pinnacle Peak at 43rd ave. Seasons passes are about $65 each and thats a super deal IMO!

I am not too far from you. I have  6 and 8 yr old girls.  There is a N Phx AP group on Yahoo.  Search for AP_Moms_of_NorthPhoenix  We have park dates , MNO and lots of moms to get to know.
