Hi Ladies - It was great meeting you and your families.

Realized a couple hours later that I STILL have my bathing suit on afterwards - oh well, it was a good even, even minus pool.

I hope to see you all again!

Frost is a divine gelato place that dropped from the heavens to Tucson in a couple locations - i imagine you're not going to the one on Oracle & Ina.... I know I've seen others but I can't remember where. Anyway, tonight's out for me (although I'm in the mood to eat gelato anytime) - guests are coming over.

My niece will be visiting this week and she loves to swim - we could probably bring her to the Edith Ball and meet you there sometime, but I'll wait till she gets in to see what the agenda is - she's been to Tucson before so she's seen many of the sights already, but she may want to revisit something or the other.

Hi T-Town Mammas! I'm newish to this site and I've been busy busy the past couple of weekends so we've missed the fun, but I'd love to meet up in the future. Weekdays are better for me than weekends but I'll keep checking to see what the plans are.

yes, it looks to be storming that time of day often - can we shoot for earlier Thurs or Fri? don't have hours handy for adaptive center, but the tiny print says 1-430...I can probably do Friday sometime in that slot, depending on when naps end. Don't work around me, though - we are very nap driven and inconsistent.

that pools hours SUCK they just do.

Mon-Thurs: 1-430
m/w/f: 530-7
fri: 1-5
sat: noon-4

naptime here is usually around 11 or 1 til 1 or 3 respectively, sometimes later.... makes it a challenge for us. our best bet's gonna be the evening times m/w/f, me thinks.... maybe next week?

anyone up for gelato tonight?:

Does anyone want to try for a non-pool am activity (since there seem to be public pools open in the am CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY for tucson!)

I can probably do an evening pool date next week sometime.

And I can aim for the BBQ friday evening this week - I have to check with the husband, though.

I think I'll take a rain check (literally) on all activities til next week, too. Husband not so interested in friday night bbq, but it would probably be rained out anyway, getting difficult to coordinate niece activities into it all.... But I REALLY REALLY REALLY look fwd to seeing you all again. Soon, very soon, we will be HOT HOT HOT and VERY DRY again. I'll try to enjoy the monsoonness, humidity and all.
